IMPLEMENTATION & REVIEW
This involves setting up and installing the new system with the necessary infrastructure in place. It may require some custom code to be written, in which case this is the first step in the process.
Once the system has been installed and basic testing has taken place, staff can undergo training on the new system to ensure that they can use it and carry out processes efficiently. During this period we will monitor usage and assess satisfaction of the new application. Any problems that develop can be targeted and addressed, it is important to fix these early on to ensure the system works efficiently. Following a project review slight changes can be made or additional features added to provide further functions or processes, with help from our post project support.
Once the new system has proved reliable and stable the old system can be removed. We can provide system administration and support, to ensure that the new system is successfully implemented. We want to ensure that it has a positive impact on our clients' organization and that they are fully satisfied.
