FEASIBILITY STUDY

It is important for us to determine whether the concept of the new system is actually achievable from a number of viewpoints, in terms of end product and the improvement on the original system.

At this early stage, it is important to minimize the risks associated with the project, any problems at this stage could become more serious. This is very important, not only for the completion of the project, but also for the future, as the reliance on the system grows. This enables us to avoid many of the problems that may be encountered in the latter stages. Any new ideas or solutions from any parties at this stage will benefit the whole project. This will ensure that the best solutions are implemented, from both technical and commercial stands.

The study looks at the project before any major work takes place. It includes a feasibility study into which the project problems and solutions are looked at. It also includes, requirements, functions, technology, data, workload, costs, benefits, users and other any other impacts.
