General information for investor participation in the
Nationwide Group of companies.

Nationwide Group consists of Nationwide Holdings and it's two
subsidiary companies Nationwide Utilities Limited and Informationwide Limited. Through these subsidiaries the group provides a wide range
of service in technology, energy and construction. Our commercial customer base is made up primarily of large retail, banking and housing organizations as well as a number of smaller SME customers. Nationwide Holdings and its subsidiaries are privately owned by the primary and
key personnel within the group.
